Attorney Amanda Sunday

Amanda is based in Dallas, Texas, and joined GloverLuck, LLP in 2017. Her practice is dedicated to advocating for disabled veterans and their survivors before the Department of Veterans Affairs (including all Regional Offices and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals), the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC). 

Amanda earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She received her B.A. in English from Penn State in 2014.

Throughout her career, Amanda has facilitated the award of benefits for disabled veterans on a wide range of issues, including: claims for service connection for physical and mental disabilities (including posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to military sexual trauma (MST)), entitlement to total disability due to individual unemployability (TDIU) benefits, dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC), special monthly compensation (SMC), Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) actions, and claims alleging VA negligence under 38 U.S.C. § 1151. She is proud and honored to represent the men and women who fearlessly served our country and practices law with unmatched dedication, zealousness, and her unique warmth. 

Amanda is an active member of the Texas State Bar and has held the role of Vice Chair in the organization’s Military and Veterans Law Section. She is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to all Texas courts (including state district courts, county courts, and appellate courts), the CAVC, and CAFC.
