So, we get a lot of calls from veterans that believe that they have a presumptive um service connected condition. So, presumptive conditions for VA disability purposes are illnesses or medical conditions that the VA automatically assumes are service connected without you having to prove the exact cause. The only thing you have to show is that you meet certain eligibility requirements. And typically these are going to be things like the location of your service, the time you were in the service, and the type of

exposure that you um were subjected to. Instead of having to show a current disability, an inservice incurrence, and a medical nexus, we get rid of that third element for service connection. You just have to show a current disability, and that you are at the right place, the right time, or doing the right kind of job to qualify for that presumption. And there are a lot of kind of large categories of um presumptive conditions and veterans who qualify for for presumptive conditions. I’m sure a lot of you are fall into one
